Panic, Anxiety – Fear?

Are you feeling scared under pressure? Is there a lot of stress in your life?Does doing new things threaten you?Does just going out the door in the morning cause you to feel anxious?

Our family has lived through this until we found Panic Away

Constant worry and anxiety, your stomach aches, you get dizzy and can’t breathe. All the muscles in your body react to anxiety and can lead to a panic attack. You are always tired, but can’t sleep.

Concentration is a thing of the past and anxiety and panic cause you to feel tense and jumpy.Do you think the worst is going to happen just around the next corner.

Fear, the definition of fear is:

- A feeling of agitation and anxiety caused by the presence or imminence of danger. There’s that word anxiety again.

-A state or condition marked by this feeling

-A reason for dread or apprehension

-To be uneasy or apprehensive

Anxiety attacks, known as panic attacks in health circles, are periods of intense panic or fear. Anxiety attacks do occur suddenly and without warning.

Anxiety attacks usually last about ten minutes, and they seldom last more than a half hour. But during that little bit of time, that can feel like eternity, the fear can be so intense that you feel as if you’re about to die or totally lose control. The physical symptoms are themselves so scary that you believe you are having a heart attack. The anxiety attack is over, now what, when is the next one, where will I be.

If you are looking for help go to this site and check it out

If you were in the state we were in as a family, you will look for any help you could fine and “PANIC AWAY” will help with anxiety, panic attacks.
